SLEEP SAFETY TIPS

  • Use a monitor to check on your child
  • Keep your child’s head uncovered, only cover up to their stomach with a blanket
  • Place your child with their feet at the end of the bed
  • Use one flat, breathable pillow and one thin duvet
  • Monitor your child temperature, do not let them get too hot or cold
  • Avoid bed sharing with your child 
  • Do not let anyone smoke in the same room as your child
