CAR SEATS
CAR SEATS
SAFETY TIPS
Children under 2 should have a rear facing seat for safety
Airbags must be turned off when child is in the front
Children should not be in a seat for more than 2 hours
You should be able to see your child at all times
CHILD CAR MIRRORS
CHOOSING A CAR SEAT
All child seats in the UK should be EU approved. Look for the “E” mark label on the seat
Aim to get an I-Size seat as they are the new specification for safer car seats
Try a few seats in your car before making a decision
Will the seat fit in all cars your child will go into, check for isofix
Second hand car seats are not recommended
Think about how you will be using the car seat, will you need a base that stays in the car
