BAD DREAMS DURING PREGNANCY

Bad dreams in pregnant women arise from unconscious worry or fear regarding the baby. However strange dreams do no reflect you as a parent, they are just another part of your mind and body adjusting.

SLEEPING BETTER

  • Keep a consistent sleep pattern
  • Exercise for 20 minutes per day
  • Avoid caffeine
  • Relax 30 minutes before bed
  • If you’re not tired, get up until tired enough to fall asleep
  • Consult a doctor if needed
