Connect with the people around you, such as family, friends, colleagues and neighbours

Find an activity that you enjoy and make it routine, such as running, gym, tennis or walking

Learning new skills creates new confidence and encourages achievement, try painting, languages or take a course

4. HELPING

Even the smallest act can count, whether it’s a smile or volunteering at a shelter. Helping others improves mental wellbeing

5. AWARENESS

Be more aware of your thoughts, feelings, your body and the world around you. This can positively change the way you feel about life
