WAYS TO RELAX THE MIND

  1. Inhale for 5 seconds
  2. Hold for 5 seconds
  3. Breathe out for 5 seconds
  4. Repeat until calm
 
  1. Sit upright and close your eyes
  2. Be aware of thoughts and feelings
  3. Breath deeply for 5 minutes
  4. Repeat until calm
 
  1. Select calming music
  2. Play for 5 – 10 minutes
  3. Close your eyes when listening
  4. Repeat if needed
 

WAYS TO RELAX THE BODY

  1. Get a towel and foot cream
  2. Prepare hot soapy water in a foot spa or large bowl
  3. Soak feet for 10 minutes
  4. Dry and cream feet
 
  • Book a massage
  • Ask someone
  • Do your own massage (focus on face, feet, neck and shoulders)
 
  1. Run a hot bath
  2. Light candles, play music or read a book
  3. Add products (relaxing bubble bath, bath salts, essential oils)
