LASAGNE

DINNERS

INGREDIENTS

  • Vegetables (pepper, courgette, onion, beans)
  • Protein (mince, beans, lentils)
  • Sauce (tomato passata, creamy sauce)
  • Pasta sheets and grated cheese

METHOD

  • Cut veg into small pieces and cook, then add and cook protein
  • Add tomatoes and layer filling, creamy sauce and pasta sheets in a dish
  • Cover and bake at 190°C for 45 mins. Add cheese and bake for another 10 mins

BOLOGNESE

INGREDIENTS

  • Vegetables (pepper, onion, carrott)
  • Protein (minced beef, beans, lentils)
  • Tomato passata
  • Spaghetti

METHOD

  • Chop vegetables and cook until soft then add and cook protein
  • Boil spaghetti for 8 mins
  • Add sauce to vegetables and stir together

CURRY

INGREDIENTS

  • Vegetables (pepper, cauliflower, green beans, chickpeas)
  • Protein (chicken, beef ,chickpeas, lentils)
  • Curry sauce
  • Rice

METHOD

  • Boil veg and chop into very small piece then add and cook protein
  • Wash rice and cook for 15 mins
  • Add sauce to veg and cook on low heat for 10 min

VEGETABLE LENTILS

INGREDIENTS

  • Vegetables (sweet potato, cauliflower, carrots, green beans)
  • Protein (chicken, beef, chickpeas, beans)
  • Lentils & stock cube

METHOD

  • Boil lentils for 20 minutes in water with stock cube
  • Chop vegetables finely and cook until soft then add and cook protein
  • Partly drain lentils and add vegetables

TOMATO HOTPOT

INGREDIENTS

  • Vegetables (potato, carrot, pepper, mushroom, cauliflower)
  • Protein (lamb, chickpeas, beef, beans)
  • Canned chopped tomatoes

METHOD

  • Chop vegetables and pre boil
  • Cook protein
  • Add all ingredients into oven proof pot, cover and bake at 190°C for 30 minutes

CASSEROLE

  • Vegetables (potatoes, sweetcorn, onion, carrots, celery)
  • Protein (sausages, beans, chicken)
  • Casserole sauce & gravy

METHOD

  • Chop vegetables and pre boil
  • Cook protein
  • Add all ingredients into oven proof pot, cover and bake at 190°C for 30 minutes
