Sterilized container or bottle or milk storage bag
In the fridge for 8 days (4°C or lower)
Chilled milk in a cool bag with ice packs for 24 hours
In the freezer for 6 months (-18°C or lower)
FREEZING AND DEFROSTING
Date milk before freezing
Put milk in the fridge to defrost slowly
Put in a jug of warm water if needed straight away
Always shake the milk when defrosted
Do not refreeze breast milk
Do not put milk in microave
