HOW TO CLAIM MONEY BACK ON OUR REUSABLE NAPPIES?
Claim up to £50 back on our nappies!

In order to receive money back on our reusable nappies, you may need to complete the refund claim form.
If your council is not listed, enter your local council name and reusable nappies into google (example – Bedfordshire council reusable nappies).
Disclaimer: Every council has different T&C’s so please read the ones relevant to you beforehand. Minimum average purchase of £50 may be required.

Policy
– If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of purchase date.
– All Lucy & Liv© products must be in original condition, unused, in original packaging if available.
– Lucy & Liv© cannot refund used products for hygiene and safety purposes.
– Recorded delivery is advisable as the customer is responsible for returning the product to Lucy & Liv©.
– If all aspects of the policy are met, a full refund excluding return charges will be given.
– Refunds can only be given when purchasing directly from Lucy & Liv©. All other returns must go through the store or retailer purchased from.
